COVID-19 update

Your health and safety is of utmost importance and ensuring that you feel comfortable and safe means you are able to relax and focus on getting the most out of your treatment. 

 

Kneading Hands has implemented strict hygiene practices to maintain a safe environment ensuring the safety of both clients and therapists. This inlcudes:

​

• Limiting the number of people in the clinic and adhering to social distancing of 1.5m.

• Ensuring stringent hygiene measures are in place for every person in the clinic.

• Wearing a protective face mask at all times upon entry of clinic. ​

• Hand sanitiser is provided for all clients.

• Ensuring therapist thoroughly wash hands pre and post treatment.

• Treatment room and bathroom equipped with sink, hand wash and disposable paper towel.

• All equipment and high traffic surfaces are cleaned and disinfected between each client.

• All areas are cleaned and disinfected regularly during and after each trading day.

• All towels are thoroughly laundered and fresh between each client.

• A new disposable massage bed face hole cover will be used for each client.

• Therapist will wear a mask throughout the treatment.

• Clients can request therapist to wear gloves.

• Clients can request a single use mask for themselves.

• Ensuring therapist is healthy and has not been in contact with anyone who is at high risk of COVID-19 infection.

• Rescheduling appointments with clients if therapist is unwell.

• Requesting contactless payment transactions where possible.

• Requesting clients who feel unwell to reschedule their treatment for a later date.

• Registering contact details of all visitors and clients as per government requirements.

• Therapist has completed COVID-19 Infection Control Training.
